When choosing a pump, it's important to consider how much water you will be moving and whether or not the water will have debris in it. Once you've determined those requirements, you can narrow down your options:

Lightweight and general purpose pumps:

Honda offers lightweight pumps, like the WX10. This pump is ideal for homeowner use. Whether you're watering your lawn or garden from a stream, emptying a flooded basement, or filling a swimming pool from a creek, this pump is a reliable and convenient solution for moving debris-free water. The WX10 comes with a suction hose and strainer and can be used with a garden hose for discharge. 

For moving larger amounts of debris-free water, Honda also offers general purpose pumps like the WB20 and the WB30. The WB20 uses 2” suction and discharge hoses and can move about 164 gallons per minute. The WB30 uses 3” suction and discharge hoses and can move around 290 gallons per minute. 

Trash pumps:

When moving large amounts of water with certain solids, the right solution may be one of Honda's trash pumps. The WT20, WT30, and WT40 are ideal for use in settings such as construction sites. Pumping large volumes of water out of streams, basements with dirt floors, and excavated areas is simple with these pumps.
