Parts Specialist – Harrisburg, PA

Job Description: Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time Parts Specialist for the Harrisburg, PA location. The duties of this position include answering incoming calls from internal and external customers, interacting with customers, and offering the best product solutions to meet the customer’s need. The Parts Specialist is also responsible for efficiently purchasing various parts to maintain the company’s rental fleet and maintaining and monitoring parts inventory. This position requires excellent computer skills to generate and complete electronic purchase orders and invoices for customer-owned and company-owned rental equipment. Housekeeping responsibilities and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements: Applicant must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar position and a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact daily with our customers and fellow employees, ability to use a computer, and excellent customer service skills. The applicant must be a team-player.
